Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are lots of exercises that we can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Finally, we talked about sleep. We need to sleep every night. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress. This leads to problems such as headaches, back pain, depression, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. If we want to be healthy, we need to get enough sleep.
